You will get results, every person knows what to do to improve their health however your brain tells you that you don’t know what to do.
Your brain will get you to think, I mustn’t know what to do since I haven’t been able to make a change so far.
That’s why it’s so confusing for people.
That’s why so many people think that being healthy, strong, and resilient is hard and that there is some special way to get it to work.
Yes, there are some things that people can get slightly wrong.
When I see that happening it’s because they don’t believe they know what to do. And the default though is that it should be hard. So they take what they know and times it by 10.
That only leads to inconsistency, hard work, niggles / injuries and an askew relationship with how health and fitness are done. It leads to confusion and a feeling of deflation.
It fuels the belief that you don’t know what to do.
You will get results once you start believing that you know what to do, start implementing those things, give it time, focus on how you feel, look at the bigger picture, not the last 4 weeks, stay flexible with your approach, step away from an all or nothing approach.
Your health matters!
