It all starts with me getting to know you, your background and your goals. This free introductory consultation will help me put together a plan of action for our work together.

HAVE AN INITIAL SESSION

During our first session together, I get to see how you move and gather information that will help me plan your training. It also gives you the opportunity to discover how I work.

TRAIN FOR RESULTS

Now that we have a plan - time to put it into action! I review your progress and make necessary adjustments after each session to ensure we're on track with your goals.

Where are you based?

 I’m based online and work with people worldwide.

How long are the sessions? 

The sessions are typically 60-minutes long. Need shorted sessions? I'm happy to put a plan that better fits your lifestyle.

What equipment do you use?

 We make use of whatever is available. With most clients its a combination of bodyweight, resistance bands and free weights.

WHERE DO YOU TRAIN?

I train 1-on-1 clients virtually via zoom. Location is not an obstacle.

What’s the Investment? 

Please enquire for prices regarding 1 on 1  person training sessions.

How often are the sessions? 

The retainer format is set up to allow for 1x a week and it's what I recommend.
