Virtual personal training

If you're living a busy lifestyle but you're committed to investing in your health, then virtual personal training may be the solution for you! 

There are no boundaries with virtual training – all you need is a device with a camera  and we can work together. Virtual training works well as a support tool for clients who travel for work a lot and don’t want to lose momentum, or those who prefer to train from the comfort of their homes.  

1 session x 60 min – £55
10 SESSIONS x 60 min – £450 (TO use within 12 weeks)

It all starts with me getting to know you, your background and your goals. This free introductory consultation will help me put together a plan of action for our work together.

HAVE AN INITIAL SESSION

During our first session together, I get to see how you move and gather information that will help me plan your training. It also gives you the opportunity to discover how I work.

TRAIN FOR RESULTS

Now that we have a plan - time to put it into action! I review your progress and make necessary adjustments after each session to ensure we're on track with your goals.

Where are you based?

 I’m based near the Olympic Park in London, but can travel for 1-on-1 sessions in other areas in London.

How long are the sessions? 

The sessions are typically 60-minutes long. Need shorted sessions? I'm happy to put a plan that better fits your lifestyle.

What equipment do you use?

 I use suspension training (TRX), resistance bands, reaction training tools, and body weight, of course!

WHERE DO YOU TRAIN?

I train 1-on-1 clients in their homes in Central London, as well as remotely through virtual and online training.

What’s the Investment? 

Please enquire for prices regarding 1 on 1  person training sessions.

How often are the sessions? 

This really depends on your goals and availability. I usually recommend 3 sessions per week to achieve the best results.
