When are you ready to prioritise your health? It’s really a question that only you can answer. However In my experience many people often feel they are never really in the right space to make the investment.
It does require an investment of mental energy, physical energy (you taking action) you have to invest some of your time and sometimes a financial investment.
All things above are valid concerns / thoughts but to why you are not ready to prioritise your health. Here is what I know that will move the needle for your health at any stage in your life.
The truth is that we are always ready. In fact I would say that when you think you aren’t that’s probably a good time. Learning how to keep healthy habits during these times is what truly will keep you in control and consistent with your health. Life always happens and if you only work on your health when it’s convenient you won’t have the tools and skill required when it really matters.
