WHAT IS THE INVESTMENT?

There is an initial 1-month signup £125 for first-time users. You can also purchase 3 months support for £375. 

DO YOU HELP WITH NUTRITION?

Sure do! I will advise you on nutrition, bad habits change, and how to make better choices in the long term.

CAN I FREEZE MY PLAN?

I want to offer you flexibility, so you have the option to freeze your plan up to 3 months and pick up where we left off.

WILL YOU CHECK-IN WITH ME?

That's what I'm here for! I'll check in with you once a week via Goole Meet or email, and you also have unlimited email support.

WILL I NEED EQUIPMENT?

Guess what – no equipment required! However, if you already have some equipment at home then we can integrate it.

WHAT IF I'M GOING ON HOLIDAY?

No problem! If planned in advance, we can adjust your program for you to continue whilst on your holiday.

HOW MANY SESSIONS WILL I HAVE?

3 sessions per week is the standard, however it depends on the person and their goals and possibilities.

CAN I TRAIN AT HOME?

Absolutely! I work with you to understand where and when can you train and prepare a plan to accommodate you.
